Hi, I’m Katie.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with travel and visiting new places. As a child, I would study maps of my city and venture out on my bike as far as I could, trying to find my way home from the far reaches of my neighborhood. As an adult, this desire to wander remains. Simply put, there’s no where I don’t want to go.
As a full-time high school teacher and mom of two, I squeeze in adventures and trips whenever my schedule (and budget!) allows. From road trips to backpacking, to international travel and cruising, I enjoy it all! I work hard to find affordable ways to travel, but I’m happy to splurge when the moment is right.
I’m so excited to share my adventures with you and hopefully inspire you to get out there and see more of your city, state, country, and world. The world is a big, beautiful place and it’s waiting for you to explore it!
